Qaitbay's Minbar Plotter Drawing RAD002
This drawing is based on a sophisticated design from the wonderful woodwork masterpiece, the Minbar of Sultan Qa’itbay which is currently housed in the Victoria & Albert Museum in London. It is attributed to the Mamluk Sultan Qa’itbay who ruled Egypt and Syria from 1468-1496 and the minbar was made during this period.
The design has been analysed and reconstructed by Ameet Hindocha (Ambigraph) and then executed as a plotter drawing using a white gel pen on A3 coloured or black paper.
This plotter drawing comes in an edition of 25. Each is drawn in white gel pen on a range of different paper colours. 13 are on black paper, 12 on a range of colours in different quantities. Please select your preferred colour in the variants section and we will do our best to provide this option. If your choice is sold out we will get in touch with an updated stock list.
