DELIVERY & RETURNS
We use Stripe for all our transactions and all payments are processed in Pounds Sterling. Please read our Privacy Policy for more info about payments.
Shipping
We will do our best to get your order out in the post within 5 days of receiving it. We ship all UK orders using Royal Mail Tracked 48hr service. International orders are shipped using Royal Mail International Signed service.
Returns
We do hope that you are very happy with your purchase. If you are not, then please get in touch. We are happy for you to return items within 14 days as long as they are in their original condition. Once we receive your items we will issue a refund within 7 days. All refunds exclude postage costs.
Loss
If for any reason you should not receive your order within 28 days, please contact us and we will do everything we can to either reimburse you or provide you with the same item/s again.
Damage
If your product is damaged in the post, please notify us immediately and keep hold of the product and packaging. We will then advise you on the best course of action but will require a photo of the damaged item to claim compensation from the shipping provider.
PRIVACY POLICY
Privacy & Security
All payments are processed by Stripe using SSL certificate allowing them to ensure that the environment is secure and any details you provide them for payments are kept between yourself and Stripe, we will never see your card details. We do not share any information with third parties.
Mailing list subscription
We have a newsletter that occasionally send out using Mailchimp, subscription to this list is entirely voluntary and if you wish to be added to it you’ll have to tick the relevant box at checkout. We don’t automatically add all our customers to the newsletter recipients list. However we would love it if you were interested in hearing more about our endeavours.
